Ms Ong Bi Ying is the Chief Operating Officer of Allianz Insurance Singapore, where she oversees operations, claims and strategic partnerships. She joined Allianz as Head of the Financial Adviser channel and subsequently expanded her leadership responsibilities across both the Financial Adviser and Bancassurance businesses before assuming her current role.
With extensive experience across distribution, partnerships and operations, Ms Ong has played a key role in driving business growth, strengthening ecosystem partnerships and advancing customer-centric innovation in Singapore's insurance industry.
