Darren Oliver is Head of Market Development, Health Solutions, Asia Pacific at Aon, based in Singapore. He has extensive experience in the insurance, health and benefits, and risk advisory sectors across the Asia-Pacific region. Darren previously served as CEO of Aon Philippines, where he led the firm's local operations, strengthened its commercial performance, and helped build a strong growth platform in the market.
In 2024 his remit was expanded to cover a sub-region including the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, reporting into Aon's Asia Pacific leadership and joining the regional executive committee. Earlier in his career, Darren held senior roles and founded a people insurance and employee benefits consultancy, giving him deep expertise in employee benefits, health solutions, and client advisory across multiple Asian markets.
In his current APAC role, which he assumed in 2026, he focuses on market development for Health Solutions: shaping regional go-to-market strategy, deepening client engagement, and supporting the growth of Aon's health and benefits capabilities across Asia Pacific.
