Associate Director
Ashby is currently an Associate Director at the Global Asia Insurance Partnership (GAIP).
An actuary by training, Ashby spent six years in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) where she was involved in the development of banking capital standards and risk-based capital framework for insurers, covering topics such as risk and capital management, stress testing and financial analysis. Prior to joining GAIP, she was part of the IFRS17 reporting team in a regional reinsurer before moving on to a risk management role.
Ashby is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and graduated from Nanyang Technological University.
