Alex brings with him over 25 years of strategic and deep operating experience. Prior to joining McKinsey, Alex worked in investment banking and management consulting; he also held CEO positions at global insurance firms in the life/retirement, P&C, and wealth management sector. With a more recent focus on digital innovation, he helped spearhead efforts to build new insurance business models and chaired the digital innovation roundtable eitj MAS. Alex is a frequent speaker at numerous industry conferences on digital insurance, inclusion and regularly judges at fintech competitions.
